A good read and the start of an epic series. Easy to read with good pacing although the biological principles were rather strained regarding the activity of the protomolecule...that is why it is fiction.

What do a cop on an asteroid and an XO from an ice freighter have in common? When they both get pulled into a transhumanist scheme, they have to struggle to keep one step ahead...or die.
