This book is not the first you see on the shelf, in fact, its probably the last. But it is a very good book. It has a very old written style to it. It is fiction, obviously by the title name, but it is a book that I would not encourage younger kids (meaning like under the age of 10) to read, and that is because it is old fashioned and hard to follow if you are not paying very good attention. Also, it has some violence toward women. But if you like fictional reads with kingdoms and castles, then you are sure to like this book!
