This book does give some suggestions on how to be nicer to yourself with the self-compassion approach. I just find that this book is just about having one-way and one-perspective. Sometimes, self-criticism can also turn into very good motivations... but this book just don't agree with any form of self-criticism.

Very good way to examine how hard some of us can be on ourselves (compared to how we'd talk to a friend).
